SSI has been the resettlement partner with Eastern Christian Welfare Australia since is approval as an Proposed Proposing Organisation. SSI is a national not-for-profit organisation that provides dedicated human and social services to a diverse Australia. With community at the heart of everything they do, their purpose is to create a world in which everyone has access to equal opportunities. SSI was founded in Sydney in 2000 with the aim of helping newly arrived refugees settle in Australia. Over time, their expertise in working with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds served as the foundation for a gradual expansion into other social services and geographical areas. SSI now deliver services across three states, have a dedicated research team informing their work and leading sector insights, and they advocate for their communities’ issues.
Eastern Christian Welfare Australia
Eastern Christian Welfare Australia is an Approved Proposing Organisation. They are the collective of the 11 Archbishops, Bishops, Patriarchal Vicars and representatives of the various Middle Eastern Christian religions, and include the following Australian churches: Syriac Orthodox Church of Australia and New Zealand, Syriac Catholic Church in Sydney and Canberra, Armenian Apostolic Church of Australia and New Zealand, Melkite Catholic Eparchy of Australia and New Zealand, Armenian Catholic Church of Australia, Maronite Church in Australia and New Zealand, Coptic Catholic Church of Sydney, Coptic Orthodox Church Diocese of Sydney and its Affiliated Regions, Chaldean Church of Australia and New Zealand.
The Great Lakes Agency for Peace and Development (GLAPD)
The Great Lakes Agency for Peace and Development (GLAPD) is a not-for-profit, organisation helping migrants, refugees and asylum seekers from Africa and beyond settle in Australia. Getting settled in a new country can be difficult. GLAPD helps smooth the way. Their mission is to improve the lives of migrants and refugees from Africa and beyond in Australia and help them integrate socially, culturally and economically.
The Shepherd of Egypt
The Shepherd of Egypt is a not-for-profit organisation with a central focus on providing dignity, assistance and quality of life to the most vulnerable. Through their skilled volunteers and generous donations, Shepherd of Egypt are able to provide hope, help and opportunity to those living below the poverty line. Shepherd of Egypt are actively involved in a number of projects including mobile health clinics, housing developments, support programs and small business initiatives. Due to the success of their programs, they are receiving an increasing number of requests for care and services that they offer.
Our Services Are
- Assessing your eligibility for the priority processed CSP Visa.
- Your application will need to be approved to be proposed by the Eastern Christian Welfare Australia, an Approved Proposing Organisation.
- On behalf of the Eastern Christian Welfare Australia, we will lodge your CSP Visa application with the Department of Home Affairs, sponsored by the Eastern Christian Welfare Australia.
- On behalf of the Eastern Christian Welfare Australia, we will lodge your CSP Visa application with the Department of Home Affairs, sponsored by the Eastern Christian Welfare Australia.
- Ensuring that you receive your acknowledgement letter from the Department of Home Affairs within 24 hours of lodgement of your CSP Visa application.
- Ensuring the swift processing of your CSP Visa application and facilitating its progression to the Australian Offshore Embassy Posts.
